Keith ShermanEconomic and Community Development Manager719 N 18th Street, Centerville, IA 52544-1113 Keith has been in the utility industry since 1982. All of his utility experience has been with Alliant Energy and it's predecessor companies. Before joining the Economic Development department in 2009, Keith was a Community Relations Manager and a Strategic Account Manager. He has been involved in with economic development boards in six south-central Iowa counties. He is a past president of Appanoose Economic Development Corporation. Keith is responsible for community relations activities throughout the state and economic and community development activities in south central Iowa. Keith is a member of PDI. |

Shelly TurnerEconomic and Community Development Product Manager200 First St. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401 Shelly began her career with Alliant Energy in 2001. Prior to joining the Economic and Community Development team in 2008, Shelly was a program manager for Community Affairs and the Alliant Energy Foundation. Shelly is responsible for managing the department's community development and Partnership Programs. She also manages the LOIS property database and manages and implements marketing activities for the department. Shelly is a member of PDI and WEDA. |
