She was responsible for community and large customer relationships and issue management, providing value-added products and services, and developing and directing formal communications strategies and programs for Alliant Energy and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the Economic Development department in 2008, she was Senior Strategic Account Manager, responsible for managing relationships with large commercial and industrial customers, as well as communities in east central Iowa. Beth is responsible for the economic and community development activities in southeast Iowa. Beth is a member of PDI.

Prior to joining the utility, Bruce was the executive director of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation. Bruce is responsible for the economic and community development activities in central and eastern Wisconsin. Bruce is a member of WEDA.

Before joinging the Economic Development department in 2006 she was Strategic Account Manager for the Dubuque, Iowa area, responsible for managing the relationships with larger commercial and industrial customers, trade allies and communities. Cindy is responsible for the economic and community development activities in northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin. Cindy is a member of PDI and WEDA.

All of his utility experience has been with Alliant Energy and it's predecessor companies. Before joining the Economic Development department in 2009, Keith was a Community Relations Manager and a Strategic Account Manager. He has been involved in with economic development boards in six south-central Iowa counties. He is a past president of Appanoose Economic Development Corporation. Keith is responsible for community relations activities throughout the state and economic and community development activities in south central Iowa. Keith is a member of PDI.

Prior to joining the Economic and Community Development team in 2008, Shelly was a program manager for Community Affairs and the Alliant Energy Foundation. Shelly is responsible for managing the department's community development and Partnership Programs. She also manages the LOIS property database and manages and implements marketing activities for the department. Shelly is a member of PDI and WEDA.

He was instrumental in organizing county and multi-county economic development groups in eastern and northwestern Iowa. John is responsible for the economic and community development activities in central and south central Iowa. John is a member of PDI.
